Where do we ship?
We currently ship only within the United States. All orders are handled by reliable fulfillment partners to ensure your pet essentials arrive safely.

Shipping Timeframes:
- Processing Time: 1โ€“5 business days
- Estimated Delivery: 7โ€“15 business days after processing

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order from our Order Tracking page.

Important Notes:

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
  • If marked โ€œdeliveredโ€ but not received, check with your local post office or neighbors.
  • Packages returned due to incorrect address or being unclaimed may incur additional shipping fees.

We want you (and your pets) to be completely happy with your purchase. We offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:

โœ… Eligible for Return or Replacement:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product, size, or color
  • Order lost in transit and not delivered within 45 days (USA only)

โŒ Not Eligible for Return:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect order placed by the customer
  • Minor imperfections that donโ€™t affect functionality (scratches, wrinkles, etc.)
  • Package undelivered due to incorrect address provided

๐Ÿ’ธ Refunds & Replacements

Damaged or Defective Items:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos or a video of the issue.

Missing Packages:
If tracking shows โ€œdeliveredโ€ but you didnโ€™t receive the package, weโ€™ll investigate with the carrier. An official non-delivery notice from USPS may be required.

Lost in Transit:
If your package hasnโ€™t arrived within 45 days of shipping, weโ€™ll issue a refund or send a replacement.

Returns are accepted only when approved by our support team. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Note: Return shipping to our supplier's USA-based processing center may apply (case-by-case).
